Dr. Lewis vaccinated my pup and she hates the vet, but she was super comfortable with him! She loved him and he was very gentle with her. It was.like she didn't even feel it!

I called and asked the receptionist if they took walk ins for new clients. I had not established care so I didn't know if they needed her records first or not. The receptionist sarcastically and rudely said "yeahhhuh??" Like it was the dumbest question she's ever heard. I asked if I could send her records over because it was my dad taking her, she scoffed and said "I don't have a computer". What clinic doesn't have a computer? How are they keeping records? How are they collecting payments? How are you playing solitaire during down time? Her demeanor told me you guys don't want customers. And that's fine, there's plenty of vets in this town that will charge $100+ to poke my dog with a needle. But ma'am, don't answer the phones if you don't like people. Get a Google answering service.

It is absolutely devastating when you have to put your animal down. Dr. Lewis and his receptionist made this hard time much easier. I am extremely grateful for their care, compassion and support during such a hard time.

I took my boy in the second to last week of April because he was acting strange. The doctor believed he had a urinary problem and requested my permission to put a catheter in him to help relieve pain and tension. During this, he advised me that pets sometimes don't make it but he would call me with any updates about him. I agreed and left around 8:45 in the morning as I had taken him in right as they opened. 4:30 comes around and I haven't heard anything. I try to call several times. My boyfriend tries to call several times. Finally, I get them on the line and the receptionist refused to tell me anything. She said 'talk to the guy you were with this morning about it'. In no way was this professional as the cat was my animal and everything had been under my name. It took my boyfriend coming home from work to tell me that my baby had passed away. I call back the next morning to arrange cremation and ask for them to keep fur and whiskers of his for me. They promised me they would and gave me a date to pick him up. Well, the date to pick him up got pushed back THREE TIMES before he was finally there. Today is May 20th, almost a month later when I have finally gotten him back. When I asked about what had happened with their communication I was simply told "I don't know". The sane answer was given when I asked about getting fur and whiskers. They did not hold up to any of their promises. Throughly disappointed in this location. If you want a vet that will keep you updated on your pet's condition, do not come here.
